This has helped a stubborn patch of eczema I've been sporting on my cheek no end. Have tried all the doctors brands and nothing worked. The alternative doctor I'm seeing recommend this - something to do with the high essential fatty acids in it. Also found out is good for wrinkles too which made me happy.
