Shipping terms
Business Days: Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
UPS 2nd Day Air, UPS Next Day Air Saver, and FedEx: Orders must be placed by 12 noon Eastern Standard Time (EST) to be processed on the same business day.
Processing Time: Orders received between Monday and Friday are usually processed the same day or by the end of next business day. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday are usually processed by Monday or by close of business day Tuesday.
Preferred carrier: UPS is SOPHYTO.com's preferred carrier and we recommend that our customers choose UPS when shopping with us. UPS offers more detailed tracking information for your order.
If items are returned and no shipping was charged you will be charged our shipping out fee of $5.95

UPS Ground, 2nd Day Air, and Next Day Air Saver deliver Monday - Friday.
USPS delivers Monday - Saturday.
FedEx delivers Monday - Friday.
There is no delivery cost for shipping SOPHYTO eGift Certificates or Store gift certificates, regardless of their face value.
Orders shipped to the East Coast can be expected much sooner than the estimated maximum delivery time. The majority of orders shipped to the East Coast can be expected within 2 - 4 business days.
Hawaii & Alaska
For shipments to Hawaii & Alaska we offer USPS (Ground and Priority), UPS (2nd Day Air and Next Day Air only) and FedEx (2 Day Express and Overnight Express only) services.
P.O. Box
Our P.O. Box customers should use USPS Ground.
We will make every effort to process each international order to comply with the regulations of that country pertaining to health and beauty/cosmetics products. However, we cannot guarantee that even after complying, that Customs will be admit the good's into your country.
Important note: If the products are returned to us, Sophyto will NOT refund the shipping costs - only the cost of the product. You may also be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. Sophyto has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
