At SOPHYTO.com our aim is to provide you with the best customer care possible. For a more efficient online service, we have provided answers to the most frequently asked questions below. For your security, your billing name and address must match that of the credit card used for payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not match this criteria. You will receive an email from Customer Care alerting you that your order was not processed and therefore cancelled. All purchases are subject to bank authorization prior to processing. Only authorized purchases will be processed and shipped.
We are required by law to add 6% sales tax to each order shipped within the State of Florida (location of our online company headquarters and order processing facility). If you are shipping to any other destination in the U.S, U.S. Territories, or, certain locations in Alaska and Hawaii, sales tax will not be charged on your purchase.
Canceling an order
Under the distance selling regulations you have the legal right to cancel your order within seven working days from the date of receipt of the goods, if you send us a notice of cancellation in writing and return the goods to us in their original, unopened and unused condition. Where goods are delivered to a third party you may also exercise this right if you are able to return the goods to us in their original, unopened and unused condition. If an item you have selected whilst shopping online is temporarily out of stock, you will not be able to order it, or, put it on back order. If you wish us to notify you of when it becomes available again, please email your request to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will notify you as soon as it comes back in stock.
30 days unconditional money back guarantee
SOPHYTO hopes you will be delighted with your order. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied you may return an item to SOPHYTO for any reason within 30 days of your receipt of item.
If you have any questions about a return, or, exchange, please email email@example.com and we will reply promptly to your query. Your statutory rights are not affected.
- Repack the item in the original packing materials and box.
- Complete the bottom portion of your packing slip. Then detach it from the top portion and enclose with your return. (If you do not have your pack slip, see second question below.) Please be sure to fill in all information, including the reason for your return and if you'd like to receive an exchange or refund.
- Save the top portion of the pack slip for your records.
- To send your package, be sure to cover the original shipping address on the original box.
- Ship the package insured and prepaid via U.S. Mail or UPS. Save your shipping receipt until you receive your refund or replacement.
- Credits to a credit card will be immediately applied upon processing, but may not appear on your statement for one to two billing cycles.

It is advised that you check your order upon receipt and ensure that everything specified on the delivery note is included. You will be deemed to have accepted the order unless you notify us upon receipt that there is a problem or you cancel the order in accordance with your cancellation right and/or you return the goods in accordance with our returns policy and procedure. If you fail to take such action, we are not obligated to accept any rejection by you of the merchandise at a later date. If damage occurred to the item(s) in your order, please contact us immediately at email@example.com. Please provide the order number along with your email address and phone number. It is important to retain the shipping box, packing material and the damaged item(s) for inspection by the carrier.
